Do I have to complete Missions in order?
No. You can complete any available Mission in any order. Every completed Mission contributes
toward fueling your Prize Rocket.

How do I claim my Mission rewards?

Once you've completed a Mission, a Claim button will become available. Click Claim to add the reward to your account. Be sure to claim your rewards before the Mission event ends. Any completed but unclaimed
rewards expire when the event ends and cannot be reissued. 

What happens if I leave before finishing?

Your progress is automatically saved. You can return and continue your Missions at any time before the Mission event expires.

Why isn't my progress bar updating?

If your progress bar hasn't updated yet, your qualifying gameplay is still being tracked. Refresh the page to display your latest Mission progress.

What rewards can I earn?

Mission rewards vary by promotion but may include:

Your XP balance is based on a rolling expiration system. The way XP is calculated depends on
whether you have reached the Emerald Loyalty Tier.

Before You Hit Emerald(Levels 0-99)

Before reaching Emerald Loyalty Tier, your XP is valid for 365 days from the date it was
earned.

This means your XP balance always shows the XP earned during the previous 365 days.

Example

Let's say you earn XP on three different days:

By July 31, your XP balance will be 300 XP.


If you stop earning XP and return later:

To continue progressing before reaching Emerald, keep earning XP so your balance continues to
reflect your activity from the most recent 365 days.

The Loyalty Tiers use a rolling 30-day XP system. This means your Loyalty XP always reflects the XP you've earned during your most recent 30 days of gameplay.
