I’m traveling for work, can I close my account until I return?

Yes, you can close your account until your return. We currently offer ‘Take-A-Break’ services that allow you to take a break from gaming for traveling, studies, or just a break to relax. You can choose to break for 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days, whichever amount of time is your preference. Once your break is up, reach out to our Support Team for assistance with activating your account access.

To submit your request, follow the steps below:

1. Visit the Help Centre:
Click on the ‘Submit A Request’ button located at the top right-hand corner to access the request form.

2. Complete the Request Form:
Fill in all the required fields with your relevant information.

3. Choose the Right Category:
In the “Please choose an issue from below” field, opt for ‘Responsible Social Gameplay Tools.’

4. Select 'Take a Break':
From the dropdown menu that appears, choose ‘Take a Break’ as the specific tool you want to use.

5. Provide Details:
Select your preferred period and reason. Enter your subject and describe your request in detail within the description box.

6. Submit Your Request:
Once you've filled in all the necessary details, submit your request. Our dedicated Customer Support Team commits to addressing your concerns within 24 hours.
