Yeah, you can take a break from your account while you’re away.
Our ‘Take-A-Break’ feature lets you pause your gaming activity for whatever reason. You can pick a break perious of 7,14, or 30 days, depending on your own preference.
Once your break period ends, please contact our Support Team to help you reactivate your account.
Here’s how you submit your ‘Take-A-Break’ form:
Visit the Help Centre
- Click the Submit a Request button in the top right-hand corner to open the request form
Complete the form
- Fill in all required fields with your details.
Choose the correct category
- In the ‘Please choose an issue from below’ field, select Responsible Social Gameplay Tools
Select “Take a Break”
- From the dropdown menu, choose Take a Break as the specific tool
Add your details
- Select your preferred break duration and reason. Include a clear subject line and describe your request in the message box
Submit your request
- Once everything is completed, submit the form. Our Customer Support Team aims to respond within 24 hours
