Your XP balance is based on a rolling expiration system. The way XP is calculated depends on
whether you have reached the Emerald Loyalty Tier.
Before You Hit Emerald(Levels 0-99)
Before reaching Emerald Loyalty Tier, your XP is valid for 365 days from the date it was
earned.
This means your XP balance always shows the XP earned during the previous 365 days.
Example
Let's say you earn XP on three different days:
- July 29, 2026: Earn 100 XP
- July 30, 2026: Earn 100 XP
- July 31, 2026: Earn 100 XP
By July 31, your XP balance will be 300 XP.
If you stop earning XP and return later:
- July 29, 2027: You will still have 300 XP, as all earned XP is still within the 365-day
period. - July 30, 2027: The 100 XP earned on July 29, 2026 will expire, leaving you with 200
XP. - July 31, 2027: The 100 XP earned on July 30, 2026 will expire, leaving you with 100
XP. - August 1, 2027: The remaining 100 XP earned on July 31, 2026 will expire, leaving you
with 0 XP.
To continue progressing before reaching Emerald, keep earning XP so your balance continues to
reflect your activity from the most recent 365 days.
Once You Hit Emerald
- Once you reach the Emerald Loyalty Tier, you will remain in the Emerald Loyalty Program and will not return to the previous Loyalty system.
- Any XP earned before reaching Emerald will continue following the 365-day expiration period, but this will no longer affect your Loyalty Tier status.
- After reaching Emerald, your XP balance is calculated using a 30-day rolling period.
- This means your XP balance only includes XP earned during the last 30 days.
Example
If you earn XP every day throughout July:
- Your XP balance will include all XP earned during those 30 days.
- If you stop earning XP during August:
- XP earned more than 30 days ago will begin to expire.
- By the time you return in September, your July XP will no longer count toward your
balance. - Your XP balance will be 0, and you can start earning XP again from that point.
