Troubleshooting: Unable to Create a Spree Account

If your registration at Spree isn’t going through, there are a few possible reasons why this is happening.

Check your location

- Depending on which State you’re based in, some restricted territories apply. Spree is only available to players based in certain territories in the United States. 

Already registered

- You could already have an account with us at Spree, and multiple accounts are not available. Spree only allows one account per player

Not sure if you already have an account

- That’s OK, and it can happen from time to time. Just reach out to our Customer Support team, and we’ll be happy to check your account status.
