What’s The Difference Between Gold Coins & Sweeps Coins?

Spree offers two coin values: Spree Coins (Sweeps Coins) and Gold Coins (GC).

Spree Coins are added for FREE to Gold Coin Packages; these are available in various amounts and can be found in the Shop.

What’s the difference:

Gold Coins
- These are used to play games for fun, add entertainment value, and give the chance to win even more Gold Coins
- Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for Prizes

Sweeps Coins
- These are entry tokens and can be added to Gold Coin packages
- They can also be attained by logging in every day
- Players can also get their hands on Spree Coins when they write a handwritten envelope or win a promotion and/or tournament
- These are redeemable for real prizes

Switching coin value mid-gameplay:
You can switch between Gold and Spree Coins at any time by selecting which coin value you would like to play with when opening a game. Be advised, you cannot convert the amounts from one to the other.
