Why has my account been locked?

Looks like your account’s hit the pause button for now.

This can happen for several reasons. In line with our Terms of Service, we may lock, limit, suspend, modify, or permanently close accounts if we spot activities that break our rules, look suspicious, or involve any misuse. Players can also request to have their own accounts locked.
