Didn’t receive your Spree Coins? Let’s get this sorted for you.
First, check your bank statement or banking app to make sure the transaction went through. If the purchase shows as ‘Pending’, then it means the funds have not been taken from your account yet and will be reverted in the next few days. This is a failed transaction from your bank’s side.
Next, try logging out of your account and logging back in. This little trick will help refresh your balance and ensure everything updates correctly.
