How to request a refund:

- Purchase details
- Reason for the request
- Any supporting documentation
Our Customer Support team will review your request based on the eligibility criteria. If approved, the refund will be issued on your original card. In the event you are ineligible for a refund, we will reach out to you via email.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks are considered a violation of our Terms and Conditions. Attempting a chargeback outside of the refund process may result in account restrictions or permanent closure
Exceptions
In some cases, exceptions may depend on individual circumstances
